How do I receive my order?
We offer delivery for all our edible art at a cost. Pick up is available at our Magodo and Arepo pick up locations for all our edible art except tiered cakes, big cakes and treats that require cold transport.
Pick up from our magodo phase 2 location will take place at a pre-arranged time. Pick up from our Arepo location is between 8am and 6pm. We will call you before leaving the bakery. Please make sure you or someone else is available to receive your order at the agreed time.
What frosting do you use?
Our cakes are filled and covered with different variations of buttercream, fruit curds, caramel, compote and ganache.
I want this exact cake. Can you make it?
We do not replicate the designs of other artists. We can use a picture as an inspiration. However, the cake will be designed in our unique style.
What style of cakes do you make?
We specialise in rustic, contemporary, art inspired cakes. We offer cupcakes, brownies and cream tarts. Bento cakes are available during holidays and Valentine’s.
Payments
We accept bank transfers. Received payment validates your order. Quoted prices are invalid after 48 hours. We advice that the quoted price be paid as soon as possible after the quote has been received.
How far in advance can I order?
We advice 3 months in advance for wedding cakes and a minimum of 72 hours for regular cake and treat orders. We are open to taking emergency orders under certain circumstances. This is to allows us deliver the best quality service to our clients.
How should I store my cakes and treats?
Keep the cake or treat in an air conditioned room or in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve. Cakes will soft fillings should be kept in the fridge until it’s ready to be served. For long term storage, cut the cake, wrap individual pieces with a cling film and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. For short term storage, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Make sure to bring cakes and treats to room temperature before serving.
